Smoothies! Who doesn't love them?!
I LOVE smoothies and this is one of my favorites! My kids really like this one too. It's full of protein, antioxidants, omegas, and deliciousness!
Ingredients -
- 1/2 cup cashews (Aff )
- 1 cup of organic Blueberries
- 1 tbsp organic hemp seeds (Aff )
- 1/2 tsp of organic chia seeds (Aff )
- 1 frozen organic banana
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/1.5 cups of water
Optional: 1/2 a scoop of Garden Of Life Raw Meal Protein Powder (Aff )
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in high speed blender until smooth and creamy. Add a little more water if needed to blend so that it's not super thick. Enjoy!
